In 1996, Hoyt started Choate Land Management where he manages 15,000 acres of Mississippi Valley farmland. A farmer and businessman, Hoyt serves as President of four other companies, including AgForest Partners, Upstream, Streamside Resource Management and Underground Cable, Inc. Hoyt's deep insight into various ag industries provides him with a network of affiliations capable of producing the effective farm management tools available today.

Renee manages personnel and human resources for the growing TapLogic team. The Dexter, Mo. native serves the TapLogic team with a wealth of experience in management, staffing, training and problem solving skills. Her career includes stints in private sector accounting and key leadership roles with AgForest Partners, Inc. and with Upstream, Inc., both conservation land management firms. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Renee is in her 18th year as the manager of E.R. Choate Farming and has lived and worked on the Choate Farm in Murray, Ky. for 13 years.

Kevin joined the TapLogic team in the fall of 2007 to oversee and manage company financial operations and strategy. He brings 15 years of progressive financial experience from a career that includes public accounting, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing. Knotts is a native of Kennett, Mo. where he grew up on a family farm. Kevin is a CPA and a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in accounting.

Tab joined TapLogic in the spring of 2008 with 25 years of experience in sales and marketing and business development. In addition to serving for five years as Executive Director of the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce, Tab is the owner/president of Teamwork Marketing & Promotions. The Louisville, Ky. native also has extensive sales and marketing experience in manufacturing, professional baseball and hockey, education and real estate. He is a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in Journalism/Radio-TV and a minor in marketing.

 

Lori Scott, Director of Operations
 
Lori joined TapLogic in 2007 as administrative assistant to the CEO.  Her organizational skills and extensive product/company knowledge qualified her to move up to the newly-created position as Director of Operations in 2009.  In her previous career, Lori served in a medical office administrative and supervisory roles for nearly half of her 15 years in that field.  Lori is a native of Marshall County, KY and attended Murray State University.
